Others in our community need our help - DONATE GOODS TODAY!
Despite being ranked as one of the wealthiest counties in
the nation, hunger and food insecurity remain as prevalent in Morris County as ever. Thousands of our neighbors quietly struggle with having enough food for themselves and their
families.
In recognition of “Hunger Awareness Monthâ€,
the Morris County Dept. of Human Services, along with their partners at the
County Youth Shelter, the Interfaith Food Pantry, Curbing Hunger, the V.M.C
and YouGiveGoods launched M.c.M.A.T.C.H.
The initiative is designed to help
municipalities address supplemental food needs while engaging in
a friendly competition with their neighbors to see who can collect the most food. Long Hill Township jumped at the chance to participate.
To support this cause, click the "Donate to This Drive" button and select the food you want to purchase to donate to this drive . At the end of the drive, the items you purchased will be delivered for you and you will receive a tax-deductible receipt. Please share this online food drive with your family and friends. Thank you for your support.
